Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

We offer a replacement product for any functional manufacturing defect (excluding finishing defects, chips, and scratches) during the warranty period. If you encounter a functional issue with your product, please contact us at hello@getvayu.com with details and proof of the defect.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are not allowed. As a micro brand, we do not have the distribution structure in place to collect back parcels globally. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
